Tammy Tengs is the principal broker at Land22.  With a doctorate from Harvard, she may be the most educated and one of the hardest working Realtors in the western US.  Tammy has worked as a full-time real estate broker for 17 years.  Before opening Land22, Dr. Tengs was a tenured Associate Professor in the Urban Planning and Public Policy Department at the University of California Irvine.
